Goal 2: Store-wide Design Growth Expand design sales opportunities across all stores, starting with Independence, Bainbridge, and Westlake (the largest volume stores), followed by Avon Lake, North Olmsted, and Kamm’s (as contributing stores). We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Interior Design/Sales Consultant to join our team and lead the design efforts across our eight Northern stores, with a primary focus on our hub stores, E&H Ace Hardware.
