Reporting to the Administrative Director of Finance & Corporate Controller, with an explicit dotted-line relationship to the Senior Vice President & Chief Financial Officer (CFO), the Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) owns Augusta Health’s financial planning and decision-support systems, supports the annual budget and forecasting process, and provides financial, labor productivity, and benchmarking analysis across the organization. The role requires an advanced Excel and systems expert who can rapidly build models, reconcile data across multiple sources (finance, payroll, nursing, operational, and clinical systems), and translate complex analyses into clear, actionable insights for directors, executives, and governance.
