A key measure of success for this position will be the ability to build and lead a high-performing engineering organization, establish scalable and repeatable engineering processes, strengthen relationships with clients and engineering partners, and develop internal capabilities that support New River Electrical's long-term EPC growth strategy. The Engineering Manager, EPC Services provides leadership, oversight, and accountability for all engineering activities associated with EPC projects, including substation, transmission line, distribution, energy storage, and related power delivery infrastructure projects.
