Work will include contributing to enterprise-level strategy development, evaluating and advising on technology and data investments, implementing data-centric capabilities, and supporting governance activities that promote modernization, improved decision-making, and mission agility.Candidates should be comfortable operating at the strategic level, engaging with senior leaders, refining operating models, and shaping policy, while also being able to execute technical tasks such as building data solutions, integrating platforms, or developing analytics that directly support mission outcomes.What You’ll DoResponsibilities include, but are not limited to:<ul><li>Support development and execution of enterprise-level strategies and modernization initiatives.</li><li>Assess and advise on technology and data-related investments and organizational priorities.</li><li>Develop and refine operating models, policies, and governance frameworks.</li><li>Implement data-centric solutions, including analytics, integration, and visualization capabilities.</li><li>Build or enhance data pipelines, dashboards, and other mission-enabling technical products.</li><li>Analyze complex data to produce insights for leadership and mission stakeholders.</li><li>Coordinate across diverse stakeholder groups to align solutions with strategic objectives.</li><li>Prepare and deliver briefings, recommendations, and technical findings to senior leaders.</li><li>Travel up to 25% may be required.</li></ul>Requirements and Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited school in a technical discipline (e.g., data science, engineering, mathematics, science, computer science).</li><li>Experience working in or directly supporting U.S. government, DoD, or Army organizations.</li><li>10+ years of relevant professional experience.</li><li>Professional background in data-related disciplines (data analytics, data engineering, data governance, data science, or similar).</li><li>Demonstrated ability to operate at the strategic or enterprise level, including advising senior leaders or shaping organizational direction.</li><li>Hands-on experience implementing data or technology solutions (dashboards, pipelines, analytics, system integration, etc.).</li><li>Familiarity with modern enterprise data environments, platforms, and cloud ecosystems used across the Army.</li><li>Strong communication skills and the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.</li><li>Comfort working independently in fast-paced, evolving mission environments.</li><li>U.S. citizenship and an active Secret security clearance with the ability to obtain/maintain a Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance.</li></ul>Desired Qualifications<ul><li>Experience supporting enterprise technology, data strategy, governance, or digital modernization initiatives within defense organizations.</li><li>Background evaluating technology proposals, emerging technology investments, or enterprise platforms.</li><li>Experience in project management and team leadership.</li><li>Experience contributing to or developing organizational policies, governance frameworks, or enterprise strategies.</li><li>Advanced analytics or data science skills (e.g., machine learning, statistical modeling, advanced visualization).</li><li>Experience supporting large-scale Army or joint data events, exercises, or integration efforts.</li><li>Master’s Degree from an accredited school in a technical discipline (e.g., data science, engineering, mathematics, science, computer science).</li><li>Active Top Secret/SCI security clearance.</li></ul>We Take Care of Our PeopleWhether you’re looking to launch a new career or grow an existing one, Trideum is the type of company where you can balance great work with great life because we believe that taking care of our people is the right thing to do. Responsibilities:
In this highly visible role you will:<ul><li>Lead corporate growth activities, including opportunity identification, business development, capture management, proposal development and pipeline growth focused on US Army.</li><li>A priority for this role is to identify and capture large opportunities (>$100M) leveraging company-wide capabilities as well as develop and lead cross-divisional collaborative teams to pursue these opportunities.</li><li>Develop and lead a win strategy for Army opportunities:<ul><li>Meet with customers, competitors, clients, and teammates to develop market insight on requirements, acquisition strategy, acquisition timing, and contract vehicle choices </li><li> Lead call plan development, execution and follow-up activities </li><li>Lead solutioning and strategy efforts  </li><li>Perform market research to include customer preferences, competitive analysis and incumbent strengths and weaknesses</li></ul></li><li>Develop and present data in Capture Hygiene Checks, Solution Design Reviews, and Gate Reviews </li><li>Write RFI responses and white papers. </li><li>Proposal writing and leadership of management and technical volumes to include project management plans, basis of effort development, technical volumes, past performance and staffing plans. </li><li>Collaborate with corporate growth personnel, and other staff across the company to support cross enterprise objectives and customer engagement.</li></ul>

Qualifications:
Required Qualifications: <ul style="margin-top:0in"><li>Active Secret Security Clearance </li><li>Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of related experience in business development for professional services contracts supporting the Army, DoW</li><li>Proven experience driving revenue growth and executing captures within the Army market</li><li>Experience building and managing a $1B+ pipeline</li><li>Demonstrated experience creating growth strategies and executing captures for US Army opportunities with a value exceeding $100M for single-award contracts and exceeding $500M for multiple award IDIQ contracts</li><li>Proven ability to develop creative and/or differentiated solutions for Army or DoW clients</li><li>Demonstrated ability to work with diverse teams and engage with senior Army stakeholders </li></ul>Desired Qualifications: <ul style="margin-top:0in"><li>Experience leading capture across all Army organizations </li><li>Proven success in winning single award contracts in excess of $250M total contract value</li><li>Experience with commercial Business Intelligence tools such as Govwin and Bloomberg</li><li>Proven ability to operate independently with limited supervision and feedback</li><li>Proven ability to establish a solid working relationship with line program staff, management, and business development peers across the company</li><li>Experience with OTAs, CSOs, SBIR Phase IIIs and other alternative contracting options are a plus</li><li>Experience with selling commercial solutions is a plus</li><li>Active Top Secret clearance</li></ul>
