Your resume must clearly show that you have one (1) year of experience conducting job analysis, posting vacancies in an automated system, advising management on a variety of recruitment authorities and techniques, evaluating applicants for eligibility and qualifications, creating and issuing referral certificates, making job offers and onboarding personnel, and preparing and auditing personnel actions for accuracy and regulatory compliance (specialized experience) equivalent to at least GS-11. Basic Requirement: (1) A 4-year course of study leading to a bachelors degree with a major in any field, or (2) At least 24 semester hours in any combination of the following fields: accounting, business, finance, law, contracts, purchasing, economics, industrial management, marketing, quantitative methods, or organization and management.
