The Student Services/Operation Leader/Admin Assistant position includes the following responsibilities:<ul><li>Assists School Director in the overall leadership and operations of the school.</li><li>Assists students (incoming/current) with financial aid and payment plans.</li><li>Process paperwork, maintain and organize student’s financial aid records/files.</li><li>Manage school office functions, including kit/supplies ordering, student payments, and bank deposits.</li><li>Perform general student services, including record keeping and attendance tracking.</li><li>Oversee facility and equipment maintenance.</li><li>Support the school administration and Director, as needed.</li></ul>Candidates should:<ul><li> Posses a positive attitude</li><li> Be a flexible team player</li><li> Effectively prioritize multiple tasks/projects</li><li> Possess strong interpersonal and organizational skills</li><li> Demonstrate upbeat, professional conduct towards students, co-workers and school patrons at all times.</li></ul>
