The speech teacher plans, organizes, and delivers the highest quality of speech-language services, monitors and evaluates student progress, maintains records and reports, enforces Board of Education policies, regulations, and rules, maintains school property and materials and performs any assigned duties as deemed necessary. DUTIES: Duties include but are not limited to, establishing an environment to enhance individual growth and promote effective communication and speech-language skills, facilitating on-going services for students with disabilities, and conducting speech-language screening and evaluations.
