Serving as the senior operational leader for Enrollment Services, the Director collaborates closely with Academic Affairs, Financial Aid, Business Office, Student Affairs, K–14/dual enrollment partners, and executive leadership to ensure a seamless, student-centered, and equity-driven enrollment experience. This role ensures efficient coordination, compliance, accuracy, and continuous improvement of enrollment workflows, including admissions, assessment, financial aid coordination, business services interface, and front-line student support.
