Responsibilities include greeting and assisting guests, monitoring the facility, maintaining clean and organized spaces, managing equipment and facility set-ups, and responding to the needs of those using the SRC. This position provides opportunities to develop real-world skills in customer service, communication, leadership, problem-solving, facility operations, and professionalism while representing Bethel University well.
