Supports and directs the planning, development, organization, management, direction, and implementation of student service programs of the District which include culture and climate, Harassment, Intimidation, and Bullying (HIB), Title IX, mentoring, alternative education, grading policy, intervention supports (I&RS/504), child welfare, discipline procedures, grant funded programs, McKinney-Vento (homeless unit), and school safety; assure compliance with laws, codes, and regulations related to student services. Communicates effectively and maintains a positive disposition in all circumstances to ensure an outcome that promotes student academic achievement, staff professional development, and District-wide success.
