Experience: Additional Experience Information: Must possess a minimum of seven years experience and working knowledge of all aspects of construction practices, including but not limited to, applying contract language, invoicing, AIA Applications for Payment, Sworn Statements, Waivers, Certified Payrolls, Time and Materials breakouts, Materials and Labor Payment Bonds, Performance Bonds, warranties, as-builts, etc., plus experience in project close out procedures. Serve as liaison with appropriate University personnel and contractors providing specialized technical architectural and engineering expertise in determining new space planning, construction and renovation needs, and coordinating relocations.
