Receives preventive maintenance work orders, performs preventive maintenance on assigned equipment, which may include the following: faucets, pipes, hot water tanks, toilets, garbage disposals, dishwashers, refrigerators, ceiling lights, and logs reports as required. These work orders include requests for the repair of minor electrical items, including lighting, minor plumbing items, floods, freezer monitoring, HVAC items, including hot/cold calls, and too much/too little air supply.
