Extensive knowledge and experience in construction and maintaining commercial buildings, understanding of the basic principles of architectural & MEP engineering drawings, cost estimating, scheduling, electrical, plumbing, HVAC (Steam, heat exchange, chill water systems, pumps, heated water: HVAC heat exchangers, DHWG), locks (Assa Abloy & Armstrong SAGE systems), basic carpentry, and other general maintenance work related to maintenance and repair of the Georgia Center along with simple construction and fabrication tasks. Please note that successful applicants are responsible for ensuring their eligibility to work in the United States (i.e. a citizen or national of the United States, a lawful permanent resident, a foreign national authorized to work in the United States without need of employer sponsorship) on or before the effective date of your appointment, and maintain eligibility without sponsorship throughout your appointment.
