Develops, maintains, improves, and analyzes through the use of CMMS metrics, the preventative maintenance program for plumbing systems, aur conditioning, refrigeration and heating equipment; works closely with other maintenance and trades personnel to determine and coordinate repair and modification needs; ensures the timely completion; prepares and maintains records, correspondence and reports. The pre-employment physical for positions in clinical areas, laboratories, working with research subjects, or involving community contact requires documentation of immune status against Rubella (German measles), Rubeola (Measles), Mumps, Varicella (chickenpox), Hepatitis B and documentation of having received the Tdap (Tetanus, diphtheria, pertussis) vaccination.
