What You'll Need: Education: Engineering degree, technical associate degree, or completion of a vocational/technical certification in a related field or 5 years of maintenance management experience in leu of degree; Experience: Minimum of 5 years of directly related maintenance leadership experience; Skills: Strong knowledge of industrial maintenance, utilities systems/production equipment, experience leading teams and driving performance in a manufacturing or industrial environment, ability to manage budgets, analyze data, and implement process improvements, strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. We are looking for a Maintenance Manager for our Frozen Pet Food side to direct and coordinate, through subordinate supervisors, the activities of workers engaged in repair, maintenance, and installation of machines, tools, and equipment, as well as the maintenance of buildings, grounds, and utility systems in an industrial plant environment.
