Essential Roles and Responsibilities Include: Recruitment: Facilitates the recruitment efforts of the University to include managing Position Justification Forms, job descriptions, and job postings; ensures appropriate documents and approvals are on file before a position is posted; reviews Hiring for Mission documents for all final candidates before moving them forward; coordinates with hiring manager(s) to determine best recruiting process for position(s) to identify and attract quality candidates; manages candidate activity in the applicant tracking system (ATS); conducts new-employee onboarding; performs background checks.
