The SAM role is a student-centered experience where SAMs provide exceptional, accurate, and timely information to their peers on a variety of topics, which include: major declaration, how to register for classes using my.berklee and self service, time management, tips and tricks for class selection, and general peer mentoring in a more formalized setting (so somewhere between your success advisor and your roommate!). Provide timely and accurate academic mentoring to undergraduate students in scheduled appointments or drop-ins during office hours on a variety of academic topics, with the support of a team of dedicated supervisors.
