This role is designed to help students develop workplace skills, explore career pathways, and build a foundation for future employment.<hr/><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Assist staff with daily tasks, projects, and program activities.</li><li>Perform general clerical duties such as filing, copying, data entry, and answering phones.</li><li>Provide customer service support to students, staff, and visitors as needed.</li><li>Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.</li><li>Follow workplace policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.</li><li>Participate in training opportunities to strengthen technical and professional skills.</li><li>Demonstrate reliability, teamwork, and a positive attitude.</li><li>Complete other duties as assigned to support departmental goals.</li></ul><hr/><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Current Job Corps student in good standing.</li><li>Willingness to learn new skills and take direction.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li><li>Good communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office, email, internet navigation) preferred.</li><li>Dependable, punctual, and professional in behavior and appearance.</li></ul><hr/><h3>Learning Outcomes</h3><ul><li>Gain hands-on work experience in a professional setting.</li><li>Develop transferable job skills such as communication, organization, and teamwork.</li><li>Build confidence and readiness for future employment opportunities.</li></ul>#INDFG
