Desired qualifications include (i) a strong theoretical background in environmental fluid mechanics and coastal processes, (ii) experience developing coastal hydrodynamic and morphological models, (iii) proficiency in coding and high-performance computing systems, (iv) strong written and oral communication skills, (v) a demonstrated publication record, and (vi) experience working in interdisciplinary teams. The Postdoctoral Research Associate will be expected to work independently to develop and apply statistical, data-driven, and process-based models to coastal systems; analyze and visualize model outputs; communicate with project partners and stakeholders; and disseminate research findings in peer-reviewed journals and at professional conferences.

Design, program, modify, implement, and maintain systems that support the management of business and operational information throughout the district, while ensuring data integrity, privacy, security, and alignment with district requirements and applicable regulations. Coordinate systems-related issues with application vendors, including identifying and resolving program problems, designing system enhancements, and implementing approved enhancements.

p>Required Education & Experience: • Master degree in a related field (i.e., divinity, theological studies, higher education administration, student affairs, counseling, or education) • 5-7 years of progressively responsible experience in student affairs, student support, or academic administration • Experience supervising staff and managing departmental operations.

Preferred Education & Experience: • Experience in student affairs, student support, or academic administration within graduate theological education • Terminal degree highly preferred (i.e., EdD or PhD in Higher Education Administration or related field) • Background in program assessment, accreditation processes, or institutional research.

Experience: Three (3) years of experience in maintaining and working with student records including: registration, enrollment, withdrawal, student programs, demographics and cumulative files.
