In order to be a Student Assistant, you must be at least a part-time student enrolled in a minimum of 6 units at Orange Coast College, Coastline College, or Golden West College, or have authorization from the Disabled Student Programs and Services (DSPS) to carry fewer units and be considered a part-time student. D.E.I.A - Demonstrated evidence of responsiveness to and understanding of the racial, ethnic, disability, gender identity, sexual orientation, socioeconomic, academic, and cultural diversity within the community college student population, including students with different ability statuses (e.g., physical and/or learning) as these factors relate to the need for equity-minded practice within the classroom.
