Case Monitors work directly with adults on probation or post-prison supervision who may be transitioning from prison, experiencing homelessness, addressing substance use concerns, or otherwise needing structured housing and support while under community supervision. Respond to resident questions, concerns, rule violations, and other issues that arise during the shift, including emergency situations, and communicate significant concerns to supervisory staff or the residents supervising Parole and Probation Deputy.
