We are looking for a lawyer who exercises excellent judgment, enjoys solving difficult problems, is intellectually curious, and is comfortable taking an active, hands-on role in significant matters and quickly learning new areas of law and business. Strong hands-on litigation experience in federal or state courts, which may include discovery, depositions, motion practice, legal research, brief writing, mediation, arbitration, pretrial proceedings, or trial preparation.
