Responsible for providing field training for Behavior Specialists and Associate Educational Clinical Coordinators, completing skills assessments in collaboration with supervisor (Functional Behavior Assessments, etc.), writing progress reports, attending IFSP/IEP/SST meetings, processing and managing referrals, and ensuring that customers receive high quality culturally and developmentally appropriate services. SBIT services are delivered within a Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS), with a focus on Positive Behavioral Intervention Supports (PBIS), Wellness Center implementation, Social Emotional Learning, Restorative Practices, various evidence-based practices to support Community School efforts.
