POSITION SUMMARY: The Behavioral Health Therapist will provide effective culturally competent behavioral health assessments and therapy to individuals, families, and groups in a community-based, in-person, Primary Care setting, working in concert with an integrated primary care team and promoting integrated behavioral health. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES: Must be a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW or LCSW-C), Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor (LGPC), or Licensed Psychologist.
