As part of a multidisciplinary ACT Team, you will provide services in the community and meet individuals where they are, helping them build skills, explore employment opportunities, overcome barriers, and move toward greater independence and recovery. You will be part of a collaborative team that includes a Psychiatrist/Physician Assistant, RNs, Mental Health Professional, Drug & Alcohol Counselor, Housing Specialist, and Certified Peer Specialist.
