Duties include garbage three days a week, painting, plaster and painting indoor and outside, concrete work, light landscaping, (shrub trimming and weed pulling), snow shoveling of inside sidewalks, repairs, checking of grounds, boiler room, installation of gas sensors, meeting contractors and reporting to the office by phone and email with photos.
