The responsibilities include strategic planning and execution of goals and objectives, budget development and compliance, profitability, sales management, facility management, inventory management, order fulfillment, customer service levels, installed services, distribution and transportation management and counter/customer pick up sales. Responsible for the overall management of the distribution, transportation, install, and store operations with regards to efficiency, productivity, customer service and satisfaction, safety, housekeeping, inventory, security, DOT and other related regulations, and facility/equipment upkeep either directly or through the managers at each location.
