Within the overarching strategy, this individual must be resilient in exploring and discovering new supply opportunities (that delivery both near term capacity with an accelerated path to net-zero carbon supply), ultimately converting them into tactically sound and executable energy projects while working to reduce energy capital and operating expenses. Externally, this role takes ownership of managing utility interactions, coordinating efforts between real estate, engineering and planning teams in site evaluation, project engineering, scheduling and budgeting, including influencing and contracting with the utility, EPC and/or Owner’s Engineer to meet AWS’ needs.
