General Job Duties: Directs personnel to utilize equipment in the sorting, grading, hanging, categorizing, pricing, distribution and storage of clothing, other textiles, shoes, electrical/mechanical, and wares items to meet established production goals. Additionally, employees under 18 years of age are not allowed to operate hazardous equipment (compactors, balers, augers, tippers, forklifts of any kind, etc.).
