The supervisor will work in close collaboration with the manager of intensive special programs, OhioRISE, Center of Excellence, Case Western Reserve University, other IHBT supervisors, human resources, and in alignment with the behavioral health performance team. The supervisor of Intensive Home-Based Treatment (IHBT) accomplishes ISBH objectives by supervising IHBT Therapists, organizing resources, and monitoring work processes related to the organization’s intensive service offerings.
