Skillset Required: Must-haves: - See JD (Scout gave no separate must-have list — full requirements are in the description) Required Skills: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Government, or related field (or equivalent experience) - 5+ years of BD, capture, or sales experience in federal contracting - Demonstrated success winning federal contracts (prime and/or subcontract) - Strong knowledge of FAR/DFARS and federal acquisition processes - Experience with contract vehicles (GWACs, IDIQs, BPAs, GSA Schedules) - Established network within federal agencies and/or government contractors - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Desired Skills: - Experience in IT, cybersecurity, Special Ops, linguistics, intelligence, engineering, logistics, or related fields - Active Secret or Top Secret clearance - Familiarity with GovWin, SAM.gov, FPDS, USAspending - Capture management and/or proposal development experience - Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., APMP) Build and maintain a qualified pipeline aligned with company capabilities, develop and execute win strategies, and foster strong relationships with government stakeholders and industry partners.
