Responsibilities include team development, ensuring guest satisfaction, maintaining product quality and safety, maximizing sales performance, maintaining a safe and well-maintained store, effective communication, driving company programs, managing cash handling, and driving profitability while working side by side with your team and fostering a welcoming environment. Ability to tolerate exposure to a variety of fresh, dried or frozen products, and powdered substances including but not limited to berries, bananas, peanuts, tree nuts (ie: almonds) milk, soy, proteins, grains and spices without posing a direct threat to personal health/safety.
