SUMMARY: Reporting to the Pack Manager, the Pack Supervisor is responsible for managing Cost, Quality, Safety, Throughput, Continuous Improvement, Process Inspections, and Labor Management to meet the Packing house goals set by the organization. Plan and coordinate daily Pack activities, including crewing, carton and label availability, preventive maintenance, Line Checks, Control Points, and line start-ups.
