Principal Purpose of Position: Organizational Scope · Second-in-command for manufacturing operations · Direct oversight of three General Managers · Leadership across 1,000+ employee manufacturing organization · Cross-functional integration with finance, HR, engineering, and operations Key Responsibilities · Execute manufacturing strategy in partnership with VP Manufacturing · Lead performance across GM-led business units · Ability to supervise multiple General Managers in various business units · Drive safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity · Support financial planning, forecasting, and cost management · Lead Lean transformation and continuous improvement · Oversee capital projects and operational initiatives · Develop leadership bench strength and succession plans · Partner with executive leadership and stakeholders Education and/or Training: · BA/BS degree is required, advanced degree preferred. Relevant Work Experience: · 12+ years manufacturing leadership experience · Experience in large-scale industrial environments · Proven leadership of multi-unit or complex operations · Experience managing senior leaders .
