The applicant shall assist in the designing, planning, execution, analysis and reporting phases of T&E programs (including any applicable military certifications and procedures) to assess the performance of aeronautical systems, subsystems, and equipment as they progress through the various acquisition phases and milestones. Understanding of DoD and USAF T&E regulations, processes, and procedures to support the design, planning, execution, and analysis phases of test programs and assess the performance of aeronautical systems, subsystems, and equipment, as they progress through the various acquisition phases and milestones.
