The Transaction Coordinator will manage transaction files, deadlines, documentation, communication, and coordination between agents, clients, lenders, escrow/title companies, inspectors, and other parties involved in the transaction. The four other sister companies are Americana Home Loans, Americana Property Management, Americana Real Estate School, and Americana Title Agency.
