Key Responsibilities include assisting surgeons and the surgical team during operative procedures, maintaining sterile technique, handling instruments and supplies, retracting tissue, supporting patient positioning, and assisting with surgical workflow. You will prepare operating rooms, maintain sterile technique, assist during surgical procedures, manage surgical instruments and supplies, and help ensure high-quality patient care throughout the surgical process.
