You will join a small, high-leverage team and work directly with Product, Engineering, and Applied Science to solve one of the most important design challenges in enterprise AI: how people and agents, as well as agents and other agents, coordinate, hand off work, escalate decisions, establish trust, and maintain accountability for outcomes. Design artifacts are first-class inputs into how we build, and you will create specifications engineers and coding agents can execute, build functional prototypes, and help establish the product design practice as AIVista scales.
