In this role, you will partner with the Staffing Lead (Talent Management Director or Senior Manager), the Talent Senior Manager - Pipeline Lead and Talent Manager - Pipeline Lead (in larger systems), the broader Pipeline team (Talent Senior Specialists and Talent Managers), the Talent team, MDPs and CTLs, BMLs, and Finance and HR partners to support end-to-end staffing for projects in assigned Practice Areas, providing leverage to senior Pipeline team members while building expertise in pipeline management. In the Talent Specialist - Pipeline role, you would focus your time and talents on: Supporting end-to-end staffing for individual projects in assigned Practice Areas, partnering with more senior Pipeline team members on case context, needs, and final decisions; helping to identify, connect, and confirm consulting resources for opportunities.
