7 or more years' experience managing enterprise training programs 7 or more years' experience designing and delivering leadership training programs to support an organization's leadership development and succession planning 7 or more years' experience designing and developing or identifying external training courses to meet corporate needs 7 or more years' experience delivering training to all levels of an organization; prior experience facilitating orientation is preferred 2 or more years' experience using virtual training tools (such as Teams/Zoom) to deliver training Prior experience with personality assessments and tools preferred (such as DiSC) Knowledge of training industry best practices, techniques, methods, theories, materials and programs for leadership and employee development training Proven project manager Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong ability to coach Thorough knowledge of PC applications; including Microsoft Office preferred. Demonstrate Horizon Bank's commitment to the communities we serve through involvement in local organizations and events Evaluate organizational capability and leadership development needs to identify performance and skill gaps Design, manage and continuously refine enterprise-wide learning and leadership programs, ensuring relevance and alignment with business priorities Oversee program budgets and manage external training partners, vendors and development resources Build or curate learning solutions - including external content - into customized learning experiences Facilitate key corporate learning programs such as New Advisor Orientation, New Supervisor training, and leadership training programs.
