We're seeking a mission-driven Primary Care Physician to join an established and growing value-based care group in Greater Las Vegas. This is a full-time role focused on providing compassionate, comprehensive, and preventative care to an adult and senior patient population in an institutional setting. 	</li><li>Schedule: Monday-Friday, outpatient only - no nights, weekends, or hospital call

	</li><li>Team Model: Work alongside nurse practitioners, MAs, and care coordinators in a collaborative environment
	</li><li>Mission-Driven: Deliver advanced primary care with a focus on quality outcomes, preventive medicine, and chronic disease management
</li></ul>Your Impact<ul><li>Serve as the patient's first point of contact for acute, chronic, and preventive health needs

	</li><li>Prior experience in value-based or managed care preferred but not required
