<h2><strong>Purpose: </strong></h2><p>Operates vehicles to transport equipment for the dealership. May instruct customers on basic equipment operating procedures.</p><h2><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></h2><ul><li>Transports equipment to/from customers and/or between dealer facilities; may also pick-up equipment from other vendors as needed</li><li>Supports the sales department with equipment delivery as needed per service managers direction</li><li>Does final quality control inspection of equipment before delivering to customer</li><li>Maintains records of pickup and deliveries and obtains necessary signatures and receipts as required</li><li>Accounts for all time and for all distance traveled in performing assigned duties</li><li>Maintain assigned trucks and related equipment in good condition</li><li>Assists with assembly of new equipment at the dealership as needed</li><li>May instruct customers on basic equipment operating procedures as required</li><li>Maintains a positive attitude and representation of Company</li><li>Relays all customer issues to Service Manager immediately</li></ul><p><em>This job description is not intended to be all inclusive and employee will also perform other reasonable related business duties as assigned by immediate supervisor or other leadership as required. Company reserves the right to revise or change job duties and responsibilities as the need arises.</em></p><h2><strong> Qualifications & Skills: </strong></h2><ul><li><strong>Education: </strong>High School diploma or equivalent experience</li><li><strong>Experience:</strong> 1-2 years of experience in operating lawn equipment and non-CDL driving experience</li><li><strong>Skills:</strong> Ability to lift items weighing up to 75 lbs repeatedly</li><li>Must possess or have ability to obtain valid medical DOT card within two weeks of employment</li><li>Valid insurable driver’s license required</li><li><strong>Working Conditions</strong>: Ability to work extended/flexible hours that may include some scheduled Saturdays</li></ul>
