General duties for this position include, but are not limited to, assistance in preparation of learning activities, engagement with children through play, assistance with general classroom responsibilities and routines, especially during transitions, cleaning and organizing learning spaces, and building positive relationships with children, families, and co-workers. Support classroom organization – examples include but are not limited to helping set up classroom materials on shelves and on tables, assisting with unpacking materials (new orders) and setting up in the classroom, arranging closet space.
