QualificationsEducation and CertificationA bachelor's degree is required, along with at least one of the following:Current Arkansas certification in Early Childhood Special EducationCurrent Child Development Associate (CDA) credentialAt least 12 completed college credit hours in early childhood education, child development, special education, elementary education, or child and family studies, along with documented experience working with children with special needsExperienceAt least one year of successful classroom experience working with children who have developmental delays or disabilities is preferred.
