Alutiiq is hiring a Contractor Program Manager to lead operations and maintenance of the Ground-based Electro-Optical Deep Space Surveillance (GEODSS) system for the 15th Space Surveillance Squadron under Mission Delta 2. GEODSS detects, tracks, identifies, and reports on man-made objects in Earth orbit, feeding the National Space Defense Center, the 18th Space Defense Squadron, and the National Space Intelligence Center. Own the program Management Plan - organizational structure, lines of authority, manning levels, position descriptions, qualification and certification requirements, training approach, work scheduling, and integration with the Quality Management Program.
