Supervises skilled or semi-skilled employees in maintenance tasks such as carpentry, painting, cement work, masonry, and other general upkeep which involves furnishings, structures, floor covering, equipment, heating, plumbing, electrical, air conditioning, and related systems. 3+ years experience in general maintenance or other maintenance responsibilities would include the ability to recognize electrical, plumbing and mechanical malfunctions or equipment failures.
