Preferred qualifications include: Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Construction Manager (CCM), or Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) certification; experience in higher education or similar multiple building institutional environment; experience leading technology and software implementations or large scale moves in addition to facilities projects; and a degree in Project or Program Management, Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Facilities Management, Business, Information Systems, or a related field. Qualifications: Graduation from an accredited college with a Bachelor's degree; a driver's license valid in the State of New Jersey; and three years of professional experience in project or program management, with direct involvement in leading diverse projects and initiatives, including facilities and construction work, departmental moves and relocations, technology or software implementations, and/or operational improvements is required.
