Supervises and performs regularly scheduled preventative maintenance of the following: Fire Risers, Fire Extinguishers, PIV's, Tampers/Flow switches, Kitchen Hood Fire Suppression, Foam Systems, Carousals, Hydrants, Heat/Smoke detectors, Toxic Gas, Flammable gas, Multi Gas, O2 and other types of sensors. While performing the essential functions of this job the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle, or feel, reach with hands or arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
