As a Senior Business Analyst, you will contribute across the full delivery lifecycle-driving requirements, analysis, and process design; translating needs into solution design, architecture, and governance; providing project and portfolio support to keep priorities aligned and initiatives on track; leading testing and quality assurance to ensure reliable, user-centered outcomes; building strong partnerships through vendor and stakeholder management; advancing operational excellence via operations, reporting, and continuous improvement; and strengthening our team through training and mentorship.
