Prepare, organize, and distribute all required paperwork to appropriate groups (crew, accounting, operations management) related to the job, change orders, assignment of crew and equipment, safety, JHA's (job hazard analysis) and works closely with mechanic to schedule equipment maintenance, repairs, & inspections.
